Dear Believer,
God wants you to take the health of your body seriously, but He also wants you to prioritize the health of your inner man above that of your outer man.
Jesus told His desciples not to let their hearts be troubled. (John 14:1). The reason for this injunction was because once the heart is in a perpetual state of unrest and agitation, it is only a matter of time before the body follows suit and breaks down.

Believer, take time to guard your heart from things that can break it or mess it up.

Guard your heart with all vigilance, for from it are the sources of life.
Refuse to brood over failure and disappointment. Don’t allow the peddlars of damaging information to make your heart their dusbin. Decide to make the Word of God the food for your soul — which your soul eats daily.
When the heart is filled with joy and faith, miracles happen. Prayers get answered.
