THE VOCALIZATION OF FAITH

Dear Believer,

God wants you to take after Him in matters of faith.

In the beginning when everything was topsy-turvy, they remained so until God spoke.

Again and again we read in the first chapter of Genesis, “And God said.”

Concerning what happened in that dateless past, we read:

Hebrews 11:3
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the Word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

He spoke everything into existence. Without the vocalization of God’s Word, the world could not have come into being.

Faith is not dumb. It has a voice, and according to the scripture, if you have the Word of God in you, your voice becomes the voice of faith. “The word is near you, even in your mouth, even … the word of faith.” Romans 10:8

Get the Word into your heart, but that is not all. You must speak it forth. “We also believe, and therefore speak.”

2 Corinthians 4:13.
We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak.

Faith is so important in a Christian life for three reasons. One, without faith we cannot please God, (Hebrews 11:6). Two, anything we do outside of faith is sin, (Romans 14:23). Three, we maintain our stand spiritually only through faith, (2Corinthians 1:24).

However, faith is weak if it does not speak according to the Word. Negative words kill faith. If you’re fond of saying, “God knows we cannot do without sin, after all we are humans,” you will keep sinning and your Christian life will be weak. But if you declare according to God’s word, “the dominion of sin is broken in my life. I shall not fornicate. I shall not sin,” you will find strength to overcome the temptation.

That was just an example. No matter what you are experiencing in your business, or home, or body, always declare God’s Word concerning that issue.

The Bible says “by His stripes you were healed.” This means Christ has been punished in his flesh so that we can have physical healing. Defy the symptoms and receive your healing. Declare the victory of Christ and boldly sing of what the Lord has done. Refuse to be oppressed. Open your mouth and speak the word of faith. It is in your mouth.

 Speak the Word to your Father:
Thank you father for giving me a voice. Today I declare Your goodness over my life. I will tell of what I know. Christ has given me the victory. I have the faith of the Son of God. I break every hold of fear and timidity in my life in the Name of Jesus. I receive utterances to declare the Word of God in my life in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
